Anne has always been interested in nutrition and health since joining Foresight (www.foresight-preconception.org.uk) when preparing for pregnancy. More recently the health of her aging parents renewed her passion for personalised nutrition and regard for the whole person, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Systematic kinesiology is a valuable and accurate tool in getting to the root of a problem and can save a client the expense of a private laboratory test.
Anne uses a unique combination of any or all of these therapies to help her clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing. The recent branch of science, Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) has shown that a client’s mental state influences diseases and healing. Specifically, PNI studies the connection between the brain and the immune system. Anne believes that our thoughts and emotions can influence our health both positively and negatively.
